29th Dec// Durdle Door

Dorset // N50.619 W-2.261

A classic piece of English coastline mixed with the aftermath of a storm makes for a great coastal day out.

Having just arrived at our airbnb after a very long drive down to Weymouth on an end of year family holiday to dorset, suddenly (and unexpectedly) the sky exploded with colour.

Wasting no time I jumped in the car with my mum and sister and we hurtled to the beach, running against the wind across the pebble dunes to watch the end of the sunset as the waves crashed and the spray soaked us. Worth it.
